1. Service Agreement

These terms govern the provision of security services by Vanguard Security Ltd to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Vanguard London is trading under the parent company Bowem Limited, registered number: 11683155.

2. Services Provided

• Event security services
• Venue security
• Close protection services
• Static security patrols

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Payment terms are:

• 50% deposit upon booking
• Balance due 7 days before service delivery
• Emergency bookings require immediate payment

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days notice: Full refund minus admin fee
• 7-14 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days notice: No refund

5. Insurance and Liability

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.

6. Compliance

All services are delivered in compliance with:

• UK Security Industry Authority regulations
• Health and Safety legislation
• Data protection laws
• Relevant industry standards

7. Service Delivery

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust staffing levels based on risk assessment
• Refuse service in unsafe conditions
• Modify service delivery to ensure compliance
